Where is Ériu Sports based?
We are based in the Midlands of Ireland, originating in Co. Roscommon in 2021.
How long does an order take?
Generally, new orders take approx. 4-6 weeks from payment confirmation to delivery. This can differ depending on circumstances so please get in touch for more information.
Orders for items that are In Stock are typically delivered in 3-4 working days.
Can I try on products for sizing?
For bulk orders we're happy to provide a sizing event so everyone can be assured they are ordering their most comfortable size.
Can I include the LGFA logo on my gear?
Yes, Ériu Sports is an officially licenced supplier of LGFA clothing, so the branding can appear on Ladies Football gear if appropriate.
What does Ériu Sports clothing cost?
Our pricing is extremely competitive and costs vary depending on quantities ordered, please get in touch to discuss further.
How do I pay for bulk orders?
Payments can be made through Bank Transfer or online payment.
For first time bulk orders, the full amount is due on confirmation and subsequent orders require 50% payment in advance.
I ordered more than 6 weeks ago, why has it not delivered?
Please take note of the order deadline date when ordering. Orders are not processed until after the relevant order deadline, so if you order two weeks before a deadline, your items will not arrive for approx. 8 weeks.
Can I set higher prices for items?
If you are selling items for your club and would like the club to receive something back from orders received, we have no problem increasing the prices and giving the club a rebate on profits.
Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return or exchange an item, please read below.
We have a 30-day return policy if items are unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging, without personalisation and with receipt or proof of purchase enclosed. Returns will be inspected upon receipt and we will notify you once the item has been received.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless the product you received is faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange/refund on items which are personalised with initials or names.
If you tried on an item during a sizing event and the item you recieved does not fit the same as expected, we will do what we can to fix the issue.
Damages and issue with items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue, and make it right.
